Talent Search

We are seeking experienced chefs and bartenders who would like to be considered to represent the country on the Bahamas National Culinary Team. 

We invite General Managers, F&B heads, Chefs, Bartenders and others… to help us in this talent search.  You will note on the application form that there are ‘team categories’ and  ‘specialty areas’. 

The Specialty Areas are well-suited for chefs from Grand Bahama and the Family Islands who may find it difficult to attend training sessions. 

Those in the Team Categories will need to be able to participate in training sessions.  Step #1 is easy, just completing the selection form (710KB PDF) and return it to BHA or the email or fax provided by August 24th, 2012.
