Taste of the Caribbean Cook-Off

We’re Assembling a Team

Once again, BHA, the Ministry of Tourism, the College of The Bahamas and the Bahamas Culinary Association, are inviting all Chefs and Bartenders to compete in a Cook-Off to determine who will represent The Bahamas at upcoming Culinary Competitions, starting with the Taste of the Caribbean this June.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to showcase hotels, restaurants and our promising and outstanding talent.  Please encourage Chefs and Bartenders whose work you admire to participate in the Cook-Off on Saturday, April 9th. Application deadline is Wednesday, April 6th.
